These terms describe your use of GroupX, an independent companion app for bringing selected GroupMe conversations to Apple Watch.
1. Using GroupX
You may use GroupX only with accounts and services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the activity performed through the account you connect and for following the rules of the connected service.
2. Connected services
GroupX relies on GroupMe, Apple Watch, iPhone, watchOS, and network availability. Features may depend on your device, connection, account, and changes made by third-party services.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use GroupX to violate applicable law, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or send content that violates the terms of the service you connect.
4. Availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of GroupX. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device or at all times.
5. Intellectual property
GroupX and its original website materials are owned by their respective rights holders. GroupMe and Microsoft names, marks, and services belong to their owners. GroupX is independent and is not endorsed by GroupMe, Microsoft, or Apple.
6. Disclaimer
GroupX is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future device or third-party change.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as GroupX evolves. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to your use of the service.
